BAGHELA treats client business information, project material and technical access details as confidential business information.
Confidential material
Confidential material may include project briefs, internal documents, system details, credentials, customer data, business processes, source files and commercial discussions.
Access handling
- Access should be limited to what is needed for the agreed work.
- Credentials should be shared through secure channels where possible.
- Unneeded access should be removed when a project or support arrangement ends.
Non-disclosure
BAGHELA can work under a non-disclosure agreement where required by the client or project. Public case studies, screenshots or client names should only be used with permission.
Security practices
Recommended practices include MFA, least-privilege access, backups, password managers, written hand-over notes and clear admin ownership for business systems.
Incident communication
If a security or access issue is discovered during work, BAGHELA aims to communicate it clearly and help agree practical next steps.
