Quotes and scope
Prices on the website are starting points. Work begins when scope, deliverables, timing and payment terms are agreed in writing.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, access and approvals needed for delivery.
- Keep backups and credentials secure unless BAGHELA is specifically engaged to manage them.
- Review deliverables in a reasonable time and report issues clearly.
Payment
Payment schedules may include upfront deposits, milestone payments or monthly support billing. Late payment can delay delivery or support availability.
Third-party services
Web hosting, domains, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Cloudflare, payment services and similar tools may be governed by their own terms and prices.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, the client receives rights to use final paid deliverables for their business after payment is complete. Pre-existing tools, libraries, processes and know-how remain with their original owner.
Liability
BAGHELA aims to deliver work professionally and carefully. Any liability position should be confirmed in the relevant quote or contract for the specific project.
